DELETE MACHINE

A conceptual experience of the internet through the eyes of another. In this instance the Delete Machine provides a Google search interface with the results filtered by an Iranian proxy. The user’s self-image, directly reflected back to them is subsequently decayed to the level of the resulting censorship. For example, the search “obama” is 80% censored, so the user’s image would be 20% visible. All result images are posted to the Machine’s twitter feed @deletemachine.
